Hi, I'm Santana

For years, I struggled with my health, my weight, and a diet built around convenience foods. Like many people, I knew I wanted to feel better, but I wasn't sure where to start. What began as a personal journey toward healthier eating soon became a passion for whole foods, simple recipes, and creating meals that truly nourish.

Food has always been about more than what's on the plate. Some of my favourite memories have been made around the table with family and friends—sharing stories, laughter, and meaningful connection. Those moments taught me that food has the power to bring people together and make us feel at home.

That's why I created The Seeded Kitchen—a place to share simple recipes, wellness inspiration, and practical ways to make healthy living feel joyful, approachable, and sustainable.

The Seeded Kitchen Philosophy

Real Food, Real Life

I believe healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated. Simple ingredients, home-cooked meals, and small changes can make a big difference over time.

Progress Over Perfection

My wellness journey wasn't about being perfect—it was about making better choices one step at a time. We believe healthy living should feel achievable, sustainable, and realistic.

Joyful Nourishment

Food should nourish both body and soul. We believe eating well can be vibrant, satisfying, and something to look forward to every day.

Some of life's most meaningful moments happen around the table.

My hope is that The Seeded Kitchen inspires you to nourish yourself well, gather often, and find joy in the everyday.
